reduction of waste by fighting against food waste and limiting plastic packaging, use of recyclable packaging. Short circuit (collaboration with local and regional suppliers and producers).
WHO ARE WE ?
Valentinoise, originally from Drôme, I went to live in the Paris region for more than 8 years where I worked "metro-work-sleep", metro journeys, stress, lack of consideration of well-being employees. I changed jobs to be in line with my values, as an office manager.
Everything was turned upside down with the 1st confinement. Unfortunately and fortunately because it led me to return to my Valence region, where I love the soil, the climate, the sympathetic population. Looking forward to welcoming you with friendliness.
I was a receptionist receptionist for 21 years. And for 17 years, I am retired.
I have always been active, doing various activities, very dynamic and loving talking with people, exchanging, sharing on various subjects: it's enriching. I wanted to support my daughter in her project to open a food truck and work together as a family is very pleasant.

THE CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN
The total project is estimated at €41,500, of which a large part of the budget is the financing of the vehicle and material investments.
Through this campaign, we seek to fill our funding.
We need your help to help me finance part of the 1st stage of the project: the purchase of the vehicle, its interior and exterior fittings and the necessary equipment.
1st level : the purchase of the vehicle
With 10,000€, we will be able to acquire the truck.
2nd level : the layout of the vehicle
With 3,000€ more, we will be able to fit out the truck inside (furniture) and outside (side opening, painting, covering)
3rd level : the material
With an additional €5,000, we will finance the necessary equipment: 2 planchas + extractor hood, 1 refrigerated display case, 1 coffee machine, 1 chocolate maker, 1 soup tureen, 1 heated hot dog display case, 1 salamander, 2 top fridges.
